The BellaBand is a very useful little item for the pregnant mama. Early in your pregnancy, when your pants are just getting too tight to wear comfortably,  you can wear the BellaBand over your unbuttoned pants and it will hold them up and cover the opened button. A Bella band will also hold up maternity pants that are still too large for you. As you shrink back down postpartum, you can use the BellaBand with your regular pants once again.
