For comfort and safety, it is important to get the proper size for pouch-style slings. The curve/seam of the baby sling should sit on or just above the hip bone. Generally, Z'Fina slings fit slightly larger than similar baby carriers. A good rule of thumb is to go down a size from what is normally worn in a fitted t-shirt. Sizes are equivalent to men's t-shirt sizes.

You can also use a soft measuring tape to get the measurement from the middle of the shoulder to the top of the opposite hip bone. See images for sizing chart.
