We welcome your USA and International orders!
Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Above shipping times
are a guideline only, and may be affected by border customs or other
factors beyond our control.
Orders will generally ship the next business day. All prices are in
Canadian dollars. If an item is out of stock or if there are other factors that will delay your order we
will contact you by email and/or by telephone at the number you provide.
Return / Exchange policy:
shopping the Evymama online boutique, unworn, unwashed items with tags
still attached can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase.
However, SALE items can only be EXCHANGED
for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on teas,
hygienikits, sealed products where the seal has been broken, or intimate
apparel (not including bras). We also cannot accept returns of bras
that have milk stains on them, so please ensure you try nursing bras on
with nursing pads. Please note: Because of allergy concerns, we cannot
accept returns with evidence of pets or smoking on them - such items
will be returned to the customer, and will be treated as final sale.
Any shipping costs / duty incurred by Evymama on returns with insufficient postage will be charged back to the customer.
shopping at the Evymama boutique on Jane Street, we accept exchanges
within 10 days on items that are unworn and unwashed with tags still
attached. Bras, intimate apparel, teas, hygienikits and sealed products
with a broken seal or with the tags removed are final sale. Sale items
are also final sale. We can exchange for other products in the shop, or
for store credit. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on in-store
